We are proud to be an Apple Authorized Service Provider, but sometimes we feel like Maytag repairmen! We know how reliable Apple makes their computers, and rarely anything goes wrong, but we wanted to offer everyone in the New York Metro area an added bonus, 24-Hour Service! That way when something does go wrong, you can get Authorized In-Warranty or Out-Of-Warranty service fast. During normal business hours, you can call or email to schedule an appointment to come by, or use our after-hours request system to obtain service when you need it the most. During Normal Business Hours (Monday-Friday 9:30am - 6:30pm)
For service during the normal work-day, you can Call us at 1-888-984-3489, and press the option for "Technical Support". You may also email us at Support@4VideoEquipment.com. Walk-ins are ok, but we do ask that you call or email ahead of time to schedule time with one of our Apple Tech's. That way you can get faster service, and won't have to wait if someone is ahead of you. There is no charge to make an appointment, but we recommend you take a look at our fees below.
After Normal Busines Hours (Monday-Friday 6:31pm - 9:29am OR Saturday-Sunday All Day)
For our great 24 hour service, you need to fill out the form below to start a Apple Service Request. Since you are requesting support after our normal business day, there is a per incident charge of $55.00 to speak with one of our on-call Apple Certified Technications. That fee includes up to 30 minutes of telephone time, and after that the rate schedule appears below. If we need to come out to your location, or meet you at our facility, please see below for the fess. The $55.00 to reach a Tech is non-refundable pending you do receive a phone call. If we do not contact you within 30-45mins, you will be refunded. We do our best to page our Tech's and ask them respond in 15 minutes or less.

We do our best to make this as simple and clear as possible. If you find it confusing, give us a call or email and we'll clarify any issues.
Our standard rate for on-site service is $125 a hour plus transportation fee of $55. Some of the rates below are calculated on a flat rate, or different tier based on Applecare Warranty services or not. If you are unsure what you will need, assume the base hourly rate for on-site services, and we will give you a correct quote once we determine your need for service. For in-house estimates, it's a simple $41.95 for out of warranty, and free for in-warranty items.
